Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days except for holidays.

Orders are processed from Berlin, Germany. Availability of products is not guaranteed.

If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

We offer different shipping options :
Free Shipping: FRISCH offers free standard delivery on orders equal or over 500€

Destination Service Processing Shipment Price
– Europe Standard – delivered at home 2-7 days – 7€

Return & Exchange Policy

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

1. Send an email request for the return to no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return if you think it will help us continue to improve.

2. The items should be packaged in original condition, together with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way and with all original labels and packaging.

Important: Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.

To return any item purchased at FRISCH simply contact a courier service or local post office and send the product back to us at the above address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective FRISCH shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

In the event that FRISCH has mistakenly sent an item different to the item requested or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, please contact us at SKF@SVENJAKATHARINAFRISCH.COM to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In such cases fRISCH shall bear the costs of both shipping and return.

For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary.
Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
